The Potter & McKean Landowner Group is a cooperative effort among local landowners in Potter and McKean Counties, Pennsylvania. Our goal is simple: by combining our acreage and negotiating together, we can secure better oil and gas lease terms than any one landowner could obtain alone.
This initiative is organized through the Potter & McKean Landowner Group, which helps coordinate communication, gather acreage information, and work with operators on behalf of participating landowners.
